Privacy Policy

We collect account information you provide through our authentication provider (such as name and email), workspace configuration, seat membership, and integration data you authorize (for example, metadata from connected GitHub, Jira, Notion, Trello, or Confluence accounts).

We also collect usage data necessary to operate and improve the service, including logs related to feature access, AI credit usage, and system performance.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. When you purchase or manage a subscription, Paddle may collect billing identity, payment method details, and related transaction data under Paddle’s own privacy policy. We receive limited billing metadata needed to provision your plan (for example subscription status, plan, and seat quantity).

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We use collected information to provide DevStory, maintain workspaces, link artifacts across integrations, generate product insights, enforce plan limits, process billing where applicable, and communicate about your account or the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain data for as long as your organization maintains an active workspace or as required to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Workspace owners control membership and connected integrations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
