Billed per workspace. Paid plans are charged per active seat (workspace member). Add or remove seats from workspace billing after you upgrade — extra seats are charged on the saved card for the rest of the period. Free is the default; upgrade when you need more projects, AI credits, or sync capacity. Start with GitHub or GitLab — they are equal bases. Other integrations are optional.

How is DevStory billed?
DevStory is billed per workspace. Paid plans are charged per active seat (workspace member). Workspace owners add or remove paid seats in billing; extra seats are prorated on the saved card. Free is the default for new workspaces.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes limited projects, seats, AI credits, and syncs so you can connect GitHub or GitLab and get value before upgrading.
Do I need Jira, Linear, or Notion to start?
No. GitHub or GitLab alone is enough to get digests, feature history, onboarding packs, and progress updates. Planning and knowledge tools are optional.
Who processes payments?
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. You can manage billing from your workspace as the owner.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests for paid subscriptions may be eligible within 14 days of the charge, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
